Data Deletion Instructions

At Otovault, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data.

If you wish to delete your Otovault account and associated personal data, you may submit a formal deletion request.

How to Request Data Deletion

Send an email to: [email protected]

Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request

Please include:

• Your full name
• Email address associated with your Otovault account
• Username
• A clear statement requesting deletion of your data

Example:

I request the deletion of my Otovault account and all associated personal data.

What Happens Next

• We verify your identity to prevent unauthorized deletion.
• Upon successful verification, your account and personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
• You will receive confirmation once deletion is complete.

After Deletion

• Your account cannot be recovered.
• Listings, messages, and profile data will be permanently removed.
• Login credentials (including Google and Facebook-linked data) will be deleted.

Any retained data is securely stored and access is strictly restricted.

Google Account Users

If you signed in using Google, deletion of your Otovault account will also remove all data obtained through Google authentication.

You may also revoke Otovault’s access at any time via your Google Account security settings.
